Nowadays, Toolspress has a covered area of about 5.200 m2 where the production takes place.
This area is arranged for the
easy materials movement, the storage, the settlement of raw materials and end-items.
In the factory there are also the production machineries, such as machining centres, milling cutters, drills, grindings,
EDM, laser marking machines all with numerical control.
An office area is also available, where there are the General Direction, the Accounting and the Commercial Department
Actually our staff is composed by 30 people: most of them work for the production and control of our tools.
Thanks to our factory development program we have reached during the last year the following goals:
·Rationalization of the production flow.
· Goods and customer service improvement.
·Improvement of the control on production process and testing skills.
